Job Description

Channel Sales Account Manager responsible for driving SMB and mid market sales for Adobe's Creative Cloud and Document Cloud products. Managing partner relationships and territory within the Andean Region and Central America.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a set of defined partners distributors and resellers
  • Work Business Plans with them, optimizing retention of software subscription in their VIP Market place, expanding and growing existing accounts plus an acquisition plan managed with marketing to bring new logos
  • Complete sales management processes spanning Planning (Business Planning, Account Planning, Territory Planning), Implementation (Pipeline & Opportunity Management, Forecasting) and Control of Outcomes
  • Forecasting results per month, quarter and for the year per partner, managing accurate forecasting of run rate business and large deals management

Requirements:

  • 10+ years Experience and Sales track record
  • Sales Management experience in volume business and value solutions
  • Experience in market place selling with partners either two tier or one tier models
  • 10 + years experience working with partners building entreprise solutions for customers
  • hard-working enabler & mentor of individuals and teams to deliver customer value across the entire customer journey
  • driven, accountable channel sales manager with strong EQ and developed situational flexibility
  • phenomenal teammate, bringing creativity, leadership & focus with a solution presenter personality, not just a problem identifier
  • entrepreneurial thinker creating plans for own area of responsibility (resources, activities, risk assessment)
