Job Description
Partner with B2B CFO guiding business owners in financial strategy and acquisitions. Offering services to enhance cash flow, secure loans, and prepare for sales.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a diverse range of strategic business advisory services
- Guide business owners in selling or buying privately held companies
- Help in increasing cash flow and securing bank loans
- Ensure sustained profitability and strategic preparation for future sale
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years as a CFO (or equivalent, such as financial vice president/VP of finance) in privately held companies within the USA
- At least 15 years of professional experience since college graduation
- Bonus: Has a series Series 7 and/or 79 license
