Job Description
Revenue Director, FP&A leading revenue forecasting and performance management across the US Business. Collaborating with senior leaders and managing financial reports and analyses.
Responsibilities:
- Lead monthly and annual revenue forecasting and long-range planning.
- Build and maintain revenue models that support scenario planning and business decision making.
- Identify risks and opportunities relative to budget and forecast, proactively communicating impacts.
- Oversee reconciliation of monthly revenue actuals, including review of invoicing and accruals and cash collections by client.
- Partner closely with the India shared services center to ensure accuracy and timeliness of revenue related entries.
- Deliver monthly revenue reporting, variance analysis, and clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and senior leadership to align revenue expectations.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations accounting standards, and internal controls while proactively mitigating financial.
- Manage and develop one direct report, providing coaching, support, and performance feedback.
- Strengthen processes, controls, and documentation across the full revenue cycle.
- Demonstrate curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to challenge assumptions as the business evolves.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in FP&A, revenue finance, or related analytical roles (typically 8+ years)
- Strong capability in revenue forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis.
- Experience working with shared services or offshore finance teams.
- Ability to clearly communicate complex financial concepts to senior leaders.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Experience with ERP/BI tools is beneficial.
- Proven ability to prioritize effectively, meet deadlines, and drive process improvements.
- Able to adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
- An MBA or CPA is a plus.
