Job Description
Remote Pharmacy Technician processing failed claims and dispensing medications for CenterWell Pharmacy. Maintaining inventory and supporting safe, reliable home-delivery pharmacy services.
Responsibilities:
- Fill and count medications in Failed Claims
- Perform varied, moderately complex administrative, operational, and customer support assignments
- Perform computations
- Ensure inventory levels are adequate for dispensing
- Coordinate with the inventory supply team
- Work remotely and report to a leader in the Failed Claims department
- Interpret department policies and methods for completing assignments
- Identify work expectations and quality standards within defined parameters
- Prioritize and schedule assignments with minimal direction
- Follow standard policies while exercising independent discretion
Requirements:
- Must live in Arizona, Ohio, Texas or Florida
- Must have an active license with the Board of Pharmacy in the state you reside
- National Certification, PTCB or ExCPT
- Experience using multiple computer applications simultaneously
- Failed Claim experience preferred as a standout qualification
- Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
- Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
