Job Description
Client Success Associate helping Gartner prospects and clients understand, onboard, and engage with Gartner’s business and technology insights. Supporting sales through tailored demonstrations and client calls.
Responsibilities:
- Lead prospect and/or client calls to understand client priorities and challenges
- Articulate the value of Gartner’s products and services to prospective clients and decision makers
- Demonstrate Gartner services and capabilities
- Collaborate with Sales teams to demonstrate Gartner products and resources and increase engagement and license purchases
- Communicate with internal Gartner partners to overcome obstacles and maximize value for prospects and clients
- Research prospective and existing companies, C-Level executives, business trends, and competitive intelligence
- Prepare relevant and tailored Gartner resources to drive impact
- Provide customized onboarding experiences for new and upgraded clients
- Provide pre-sale demonstrations of Gartner resources, including the gartner.com platform
- Apply strategic thinking and relationship building to help executives solve business challenges
- Align Gartner research and expertise with clients’ critical initiatives and contribute to Gartner’s growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- English and Portuguese language proficiency
- 6+ months relevant professional and/or internship experience with a proven track record of success
- Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills
- Ability to be agile and flexible
- Well-defined time management and organizational skills
- Must be US-based, with eligible locations listed as Texas, New York, Rhode Island, Florida, Louisiana, and Maine
