Job Description

Client Experience Specialist managing IT-related customer orders and providing timely quotes and support. Handling administrative tasks and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Responds timely to client requests and prompt placement of orders
  • Provides timely quotes for customers on products
  • Initiates returned merchandise process and escalates RMA requests to Customer Service
  • Performs administrative support for open order tracking and reporting

Requirements:

  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
  • Understanding of shipment cutoff times for all major distribution partners and carriers
  • Experience with administrative support for order tracking and reporting
