Job Description

Senior Client Engagement Manager providing consulting services across pharmacy benefits for health plan clients. Engaging with internal pharmacy experts to support optimal client outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert consulting services across all aspects of pharmacy benefits for our National Pharmacy Team, supporting health plan clients.
  • Deliver client presentations in collaboration with the pharmacy team and analytic teams.
  • Analyze pharmacy benefit utilization and trends using reporting developed by analytic team.
  • Respond to ongoing client issues and other client/partner requirements.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of pharmacy utilization and financial performance to provide key insights to clients.
  • Support PBM implementations and benefit changes.
  • Participate in RFP, procurement, and renewal processes.
  • Collaborate with clinicians, analysts, actuaries, and other specialists within the National Pharmacy Team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or related field.
  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience in pharmacy benefit/healthcare consulting or pharmacy benefit management.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
