Job Description
Junior Customer Success Manager driving customer adoption and sustainability in resource management. Supporting clients in complex waste operations through data insights and strategic plans.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Software Adoption & Implementation
- Guide customers through a structured onboarding process
- Analyze a customer’s current state
- Translate analysis into a clear and actionable customer plan
- Help refine internal processes and ways of working
- Foster a culture of high performance
Requirements:
- Experience in Customer Success, Project Management, or Consultancy
- Proven track-record of strategic customer and/or project development
- Ability to lead complex initiatives with multi-stakeholder set-ups
- Thrives on data and potential of AI-driven tools
- Clear, structured communication skills
- Fluency in German and English
