Job Description

Junior Customer Success Manager driving customer adoption and sustainability in resource management. Supporting clients in complex waste operations through data insights and strategic plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Software Adoption & Implementation
  • Guide customers through a structured onboarding process
  • Analyze a customer’s current state
  • Translate analysis into a clear and actionable customer plan
  • Help refine internal processes and ways of working
  • Foster a culture of high performance

Requirements:

  • Experience in Customer Success, Project Management, or Consultancy
  • Proven track-record of strategic customer and/or project development
  • Ability to lead complex initiatives with multi-stakeholder set-ups
  • Thrives on data and potential of AI-driven tools
  • Clear, structured communication skills
  • Fluency in German and English
