Job Description
Associate Customer Success Manager supporting down-market accounts at Consensus. Driving adoption, retention, and training for customers within a remote setup.
Responsibilities:
- Drive retention and growth within the down-market business segment
- Provide insights to customers to ensure proper Adoption & ROI (Consultative Approach)
- Proactively contact struggling customers to provide guidance/best practices
- Comfortable training/presenting to large teams
- Ability to proactively understand customer needs and respond accordingly
- Successfully manage and overcome customer objections
- Help monitor and respond to customer requests through Chat
- Consistently log activities as well as update/maintain account info in CRM
- Create necessary training materials specific to your customer’s needs
- Can work remotely (long-term) and self-manage
Requirements:
- BA/BS Preferred
- Excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills - through chat, email, phone, and in-person
- Comfortable articulating software and engaging with executives (VP and C-Level Execs)
- An understanding of the different sales roles/positions within an organization
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Marketing)
- Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and have a “can-do” attitude
