Job Description

Client Management Associate guiding employer clients through onboarding, engagement, utilization, and retention for Teladoc Health’s virtual care programs. Partnering with brokers and cross-functional teams to improve registrations and renewals.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the post-sale onboarding experience for newly implemented employer groups
  • Conduct welcome outreach through email, phone, and virtual onboarding meetings
  • Serve as the primary Client Success contact during implementation and transition from Sales
  • Deliver onboarding education on products, implementation timelines, eligibility, reporting, and resources
  • Partner with brokers throughout implementation
  • Support employee launch activities through educational webinars and client-specific kickoff meetings
  • Manage an assigned portfolio of employer groups, brokers, and strategic partners
  • Develop engagement strategies to increase member registrations and utilization
  • Execute quarterly communication campaigns and coordinate educational webinars
  • Resolve client and member issues with Member Experience
  • Identify opportunities to expand employee eligibility and enrollment
  • Monitor utilization and registration trends
  • Execute proactive outreach campaigns for low-utilization groups
  • Analyze performance metrics and recommend engagement strategies across virtual care offerings
  • Present utilization data and strategic recommendations to brokers and employer groups
  • Conduct retention outreach for at-risk accounts and participate in save strategies
  • Collaborate with Sales and Renewals on client transitions and long-term success
  • Maintain accurate client records across internal systems
  • Track utilization, enrollment, registration, engagement, and retention metrics
  • Identify retention-risk trends and recommend scalable process improvements

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role at a digital health, healthcare, wellness, benefits, or SaaS company
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and listening skills
  • Natural, effective consultative style
  • Flexibility and agility to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong focus on results
  • Problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
  • High productivity, reliability, responsibility, attendance, dependability, organization, and accuracy/thoroughness
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future
  • Teladoc Health will not sponsor or transfer employment work visas for this position
