Job Description
Client Operations Manager at Cardlytics responsible for building strong client relationships and managing campaign operations effectively. Engaging with internal stakeholders and achieving desired marketing outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders on the partnership & customer success teams, ensuring that campaigns for our advertisers and/or publishers launch on time and accurately
- Become an expert on the campaign operations of CDLX, acting as a trusted resource of operational knowledge for internal stakeholders
- Engage cross-functionally and at times directly with clients to ensure that our campaigns run properly and generate the results that our clients are looking for
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Campaign Management experience within the marketing/advertising landscape
- Experience within CLO is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that allow you to build trust with both internal and external partners
- Extremely high attention to detail in order to ensure the highest level of performance possible on our campaigns
