Job Description

Client Services Administrator onboarding leaseholders and managing property data. Supporting a remote team to create a seamless experience for customers at Cloud Student Homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding new leaseholders
  • Coordinating investor events
  • Managing property data
  • Leading on projects
  • Supporting colleagues
  • Contributing to smooth running of landlord services across the UK

Requirements:

  • Property knowledge (lettings, management, or administration)
