Job Description
Providing administrative and operational support to clients at Savvital. Ideal for detail-oriented individuals fluent in Spanish and English with a service-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks, managing calendars and scheduling appointments
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, handling email correspondence in English and Spanish
- Assist in coordinating virtual meetings including scheduling and preparing necessary materials
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet client deadlines
- Conduct research on diverse topics as assigned and provide relevant insights
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction
- Analyze customer complaints, recommend effective solutions to enhance experience
- Prepare and share accurate price quotes and assist with insurance-related documentation
- Maintain and update client records in CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy
- Track tasks, follow-ups, and client requests for timely execution
Requirements:
- 4-Year Bachelor's degree preferable, ideally in Accounting & Finance, Business Studies, Economics, or Public Relations
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) mandatory
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Entry-level or minimal experience in client-facing roles with a service-oriented mindset
- Experience working with US-based insurance client a plus
- Familiarity with CRM tools and virtual work environments preferred
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow
