Job Description
Client Services Manager managing various campaigns through the client lifecycle for fast-growing technology companies. Collaborating with teams to ensure high client satisfaction and operational growth.
Responsibilities:
- manage a variety of smaller campaigns through the client lifecycle
- ensure that all campaign metrics/SLAs are met
- ensure all clients are highly satisfied with the teams’ performance
- support the client’s services team whose job is to support the fastest growing companies
- collaborate with TaskUs operations and recruitment teams, and your client’s executive and operational teams
- monitor your team’s growth and play a direct role in the operational growth of the business with strategic initiatives
Requirements:
- at least 3 years of experience in operations or client management or a management consulting, or account management role
- Knowledgeable on how to use Google Apps, including Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Documents
- Should be willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time
- Advanced knowledge of email ticketing and cloud-based phone systems (i.e. Zendesk, Desk.com, RightNow, inContact, Five9 or 8x8) preferred
- International vendor management experience is good to have but not required
