Job Description
Trust Associate III managing client relationships and ensuring service delivery to the client base. Working on day-to-day operations and reporting for Collateral Loan Obligations and Leverage Finance Facilities.
Responsibilities:
- working on client relationships and ensuring excellent client service
- manage deals independently
- creating technical report specifications from indenture language
- receive, map, and reconcile periodic collateral data
- compile monthly, quarterly and annual payment and tax reports
- coordinate with operations teams to ensure correct payments are received and made
- perform quality control review of reports
- perform portfolio compliance tests on a selection of structured fixed income deals
- participate in new client proposals
- lead business-related projects
Requirements:
- 5+ years of related experience or similar field
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations
- Intermediate to advanced TranStar experience preferred
- Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills
