Job Description
Clinical Field Engineer supporting Masimo hospital automation growth and implementation across Benelux. Combining healthcare informatics, clinical expertise, pre-sales, and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Support the growth and successful implementation of Masimo’s Hospital Automation portfolio across the Benelux region
- Partner with Sales to develop the opportunity funnel and revenues, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, customer proposals, tenders and deal support
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for clinical, technical and management audiences
- Collaborate with Project Management, Delivery and Service teams on connectivity projects across Acute Care and Alternate Care environments
- Support implementation and maintenance of Masimo solutions
- Act as a customer advocate for Automation Solutions
- Connect customer needs with Masimo’s clinical, marketing and engineering teams
- Collect regional market insights and product feedback
- Collaborate with third-party medical device and Hospital Information System/Electronic Medical Record companies
- Participate in relevant sales and marketing events
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in healthcare sciences, information systems/information technology, biomedical engineering or a related field
- Experience in informatics, including infrastructure, networks, databases or cloud computing, and/or hospital information technology
- Experience in sales or pre-sales activities within healthcare, medical technology or a related environment
- Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards, such as IHE and HL7
- Understanding of hospital workflows and the healthcare ecosystem
- Fluent Dutch and comfortable in English
- Ability to travel within the Benelux region
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
- Previous experience with hospital connectivity, automation solutions or clinical information systems is a plus
