Job Description
Field Service Engineer installing, repairing, and training users on Agilent gene and cell analysis instruments. Supporting customers in Suzhou, China, with 50% travel.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, repair, and provide training for flow cytometers, microplate readers/imaging systems, plate washers, capillary electrophoresis instruments, and other instruments in the assigned region
- Resolve user issues encountered while operating instruments in a timely manner
- Understand customer needs and earn customer recognition through professional service
- Travel 50% of the time
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in molecular biology, cell biology, or a related biology discipline
- 3+ years of experience operating gene and cell analysis instruments
- After-sales service experience preferred
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Team collaboration skills
- Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills
- Ability to adapt to frequent travel
