Job Description
Field Service Engineer repairing Viessmann heating, cooling, and energy systems across Surrey and Berkshire. Diagnosing breakdowns and delivering on-site residential customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Complete warranty and chargeable repairs/breakdowns and service activities
- Complete warranty, chargeable repairs/breakdowns and service visits in postcode areas SL, GU, KT, TW, CR
- Diagnose technical issues and coordinate effective solutions for timely resolution
- Coordinate problem resolution, customer service and other personnel to expedite repairs
- Maintain records of performance reports
- Deliver best-in-class customer service on-site in residential properties
- Start and finish the working day from home while travelling to customer sites across the assigned geographical area
- Work autonomously using technical expertise to diagnose issues and resolve problems
Requirements:
- ACS qualified gas engineer (CCN1 and CENWAT mandatory)
- Demonstrable technical experience gained within the HVAC, heating, or related industry
- High attention to detail
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Confident and adaptable work style
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work closely with and develop relationships with clients
- Valid UK driving licence
- Heat Pump experience and F-Gas certification desirable
