Job Description
Clinical Recruiter managing recruitment processes for healthcare professionals at Wheel. Optimizing sourcing strategies and enhancing clinician engagement across the nation.
Responsibilities:
- Source and interview clinicians, ensuring a seamless and exceptional recruitment process.
- Partner with the Marketplace Ops team to strategically prioritize recruitment efforts toward high-need state licenses, clinician types, and specialties.
- Identify and implement process improvements across the clinical recruitment life cycle to enhance efficiency and throughput.
- Build strong relationships with clinicians to foster long-term engagement and retention, maintaining professional and reliable communication.
- Analyze and report key hiring metrics to evaluate the success of sourcing strategies and inform data-driven decisions.
- Conduct initial resume reviews on external job boards to identify candidates that meet job qualifications.
- Import candidate data from external sites and guide candidates on how to complete a Wheel application.
- Respond to messages from candidates across Careteam, Fountain, Jira, and external job boards.
- Move candidates through the initial workflow stages in the applicant tracking systems and keep candidate data accurate and organized.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 4-6+ years of experience in healthcare recruitment or clinical staffing.
- Proven success in sourcing and hiring healthcare professionals (e.g., nurses, physicians, registered dieticians).
- Familiarity with healthcare settings, regulatory requirements, and industry-specific hiring challenges.
- Self starter and strong ability to manage well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of effective hiring best practices.
- Creative sourcing strategies and solutions to find Clinicians nationwide.
- Exceptional communication skills.
