Job Description
Remote recruiter sourcing and engaging contract interpreters for Propio Language Services. Managing recruiting campaigns, candidate flow, analytics, and weekly hiring goals.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, interview, and engage contract interpreters for over 350 languages
- Develop and maintain interpreter relationships worldwide
- Plan and execute sourcing and communication campaigns with guidance from the Remote Recruiting Manager to increase interpreter engagement
- Achieve weekly recruiting goals established by the head of the department
- Utilize recruiting data and analytics to aid in achieving and maintaining fill-rate standards
- Effectively manage candidate applications and flow using the ATS system
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English
- Detail oriented and organized with exceptional time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint
- Ability to work both independently and within a team to meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or another related field OR equivalent work experience
- 2+ years in a high-volume recruitment role
- Previous experience working in a metrics-driven environment
- Previous experience working in the language services industry is a plus
