Job Description
Clinical Support Specialist (RN) providing clinical workflows and virtual patient support for MD Integrations. Ensuring seamless patient experiences and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a telehealth environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support the clinical workflows of specialty care providers
- Ensure seamless virtual patient experiences
- Deliver clinical and administrative support
- Facilitate Treatment Management
- Assist with patient communications on behalf of providers
- Manage Secure Communication Channels
- Monitor and respond to patient messages through secure portals, phone, or email
- Provide follow up education and support for patients accessing care
- Maintain and Update Electronic Health Records (EHR)
- Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams
- Uphold Privacy, Compliance, and Ethical Standards
- Participate in Ongoing Training and Quality Improvement
Requirements:
- Active LPN or RN license (BSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years in roles focused on clinical support, care coordination, or physician- and patient-facing care environment in telehealth
- Experience directly interacting with patients or supporting clinical tasks in a medical setting
- Experience in a clinical setting with common health issues and treatments in at least one of these areas: men’s health, women’s health, dermatology, and/or weight management
- Strong understanding of HIPAA for patient privacy and data security, plus familiarity with virtual care standards
- Strong technical skills across a variety of platforms such as EHRs, internal chat and email tools like Slack or Gsuite, project and task management tools like Asana, ticketing systems, etc.
- Bilingual Spanish skills (B2/C1 - non-medical), preferred
