Job Description
Cloud performance specialist monitoring AWS/Azure applications and infrastructure for Accenture’s digital transformation services. Automating DevOps, Kubernetes, observability, and production reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of applications, workloads, and cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure, identifying bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Automate the provisioning and configuration of environments using Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep/ARM, and Ansible
- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines, ensuring secure, traceable, and consistent deliveries
- Operate and enhance containerized and Kubernetes-based environments (EKS and AKS), ensuring scalability, availability, and resilience
- Support deployments, upgrades, and capacity planning in production environments, focusing on performance, reliability, and cost efficiency
- Resolve incidents and perform troubleshooting in Linux environments and production infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive the continuous evolution of platforms and services
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills and a focus on solving complex problems
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders from different areas
- Proactive mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and a preventive approach to identifying and mitigating risks
- Ability to work effectively in dynamic, collaborative, and constantly evolving environments
- Ability to influence technical decisions based on metrics, data, and engineering best practices
- Advanced knowledge of AWS: EC2, VPC, ECS/EKS, RDS, Lambda, and CloudWatch
- Experience with Azure: Azure Monitor, AKS, App Service, and Azure DevOps
- Solid experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, automation, and Infrastructure as Code
- Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of networking, Linux systems, and troubleshooting production environments
- At least 2 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, SRE, or DevOps
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
