Job Description
Maritime Tech entrepreneur owning and scaling a startup with EWOR GmbH. Receiving founder coaching, talent support, product-market-fit guidance, and funding assistance.
Responsibilities:
- Own, build, and run a startup in fields such as Maritime Tech
- Complete a personalised personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management
- Hire talent through EWOR’s network of over 50,000 professionals
- Apply advice and best practices from serial entrepreneurs
- Prepare the startup to raise millions in funding through intensive coaching
- Iterate the product until reaching product-market fit
- Build a sales force or create a marketing engine
Requirements:
- Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocate
- Willing to take full responsibility for your own startup
- Willing to scale the startup to €100M+ in revenues
- Excellent communication skills in English
