Job Description
Mobile Commercial Development Manager responsible for commercial growth and utilization of Medneo’s mobile diagnostic imaging services across the UK. Building partnerships and commercial opportunities with healthcare providers.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver mobile imaging revenue in line with agreed budget and EBITDA targets
- Develop and maintain a robust and qualified sales pipeline to support sustainable business growth
- Identify, develop and secure new commercial opportunities within NHS and independent healthcare providers
- Ensure optimal utilisation and pricing performance across mobile scanner deployments
- Monitor commercial performance and produce regular pipeline, revenue and activity reports
- Act as the named commercial lead for a portfolio of mobile customers
- Conduct regular client reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for service expansion
- Work closely with operational teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and strong customer experience
- Lead the identification, preparation and submission of competitive tenders
- Develop compelling commercial proposals and presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams to create clear, high-quality tender responses
- Network across healthcare systems to expand Medneo’s profile and reputation
Requirements:
- Results-driven with a strong commercial mindset
- Confident engaging senior healthcare stakeholders
- Target-focused and performance-oriented
- Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills
- Strong relationship-building ability with clinicians and healthcare leaders
- Ability to interpret financial and operational data to drive decisions
- Highly organised with strong project and pipeline management skills
- Strong IT literacy including CRM and Microsoft Office
