Job Description
Commercial Finance Manager driving pricing and investment strategies at The Quality Group in Germany. Collaborate with teams and analyze market trends.
Responsibilities:
- Further develop the framework for commercial terms and drive profitable growth
- Deliver in-depth analyses and strategic recommendations through financial simulations, price analyses and promotion evaluations
- Support Key Account Managers in negotiations with retailers and assist with adjustments to commercial terms
- Ensure a consistent and transparent pricing structure by maintaining and optimizing the master pricing framework
- Analyze sales and promotion results and derive concrete recommendations for action
- Develop price and promotion strategies considering competitors and market trends, in collaboration with the Market Insights team
- Contribute to the international pricing and investment strategy
- Work closely with Finance, Brand and Commercial Operations
- Prepare insightful reports and presentations to support management and the sales organization
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
- 3–5 years of professional experience in sales, pricing, commercial finance or controlling, ideally in the FMCG sector
- Strong analytical skills and confidence in evaluating complex financial and commercial scenarios
- Hands-on mentality and pragmatic approach to problem solving
- Clear communicator with strong presentation skills and experience collaborating across functions
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent German and English (C1 level)
