Job Description
Communication & Public Speaking Coach at Leland empowering clients to strengthen communication and presentation skills. Collaborating virtually to provide high-quality coaching in a fast-paced, AI-native environment.
Responsibilities:
- Work with clients looking to strengthen how they communicate and present themselves
- Teach core presentation skills and effective communication techniques
- Help clients build active listening, nonverbal communication, and cross-cultural communication skills
- Guide clients on persuasion, influence, negotiation skills, and conflict resolution
- Help clients apply emerging tools like AI fundamentals and AI automation to their communication work
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in communication, public speaking, or a related field (as a speaker, trainer, or industry professional)
- A strong track record of helping others communicate with clarity and confidence
- A clear, structured approach to coaching clients through both skill building and real-world application
