Job Description

Estagiário(a) de Comunicação e Cultura at ANDRITZ supporting planning and execution of internal programs. Engaging in collaboration and learning about ongoing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Center of Excellence for Culture and Employee Experience team in planning and executing programs (#1ANDRITZway, Engagement, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) and area projects, working collaboratively and learning about ongoing initiatives.
  • Assist with organizing and developing content for training and internal programs (presentations, videos, manuals, etc.), supporting everything from scriptwriting to publishing/execution, and managing and recording attendance lists.
  • Support the collection and organization of engagement survey data and the Global Inclusion Program for updating the team's indicators.
  • Support the planning, execution, and promotion of internal campaigns, culture and engagement initiatives, and events, contributing to the preparation of visual materials and written content, ensuring alignment with the identity and tone of internal communications.
  • Assist in liaising with the external communications agency by submitting requests, tracking deliverables, and reviewing materials.
  • Assist with reporting by collecting and organizing communication data (engagement, reach, employee feedback, etc.) for basic analyses.

Requirements:

  • Advanced English (required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Clear, adaptable written communication with the ability to adjust language, tone, and format for different internal audiences.
  • Ability to create and edit simple content (text, presentations, announcements, training materials).
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (from the 3rd semester onward).
