Job Description
Community & Content Specialist for HireHawk managing community engagement and creating content for social media platforms. Focusing on audience growth and consistent posting schedules.
Responsibilities:
- Engage daily with members and respond to comments and messages
- Encourage participation through discussions and activities
- Build relationships with active members
- Maintain a professional and supportive environment
- Create short-form videos, posts, and simple graphics
- Write captions adapted to each platform
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule
- Repurpose content into different formats
- Monitor which content performs best
- Suggest new ideas and formats
- Support follower and community growth
- Help maintain an active brand presence
- Maintain a content calendar
- Track engagement and growth metrics
- Share simple weekly performance updates
- Coordinate priorities with leadership
Requirements:
- 2+ years managing social media, communities, or content accounts
- Strong written English communication
- Comfortable creating or appearing in video content
- Organized and consistent with posting schedules
- Understanding of engagement metrics (comments, saves, reach)
- Comfortable working with a remote team
- Reliable and proactive
- Nice to Have
- Experience with recruiting or professional communities
- Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
- LinkedIn or TikTok content experience
- Experience growing an account or community
- Experience creating or managing content inside Skool communities
