Job Description

Community & Content Specialist for HireHawk managing community engagement and creating content for social media platforms. Focusing on audience growth and consistent posting schedules.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage daily with members and respond to comments and messages
  • Encourage participation through discussions and activities
  • Build relationships with active members
  • Maintain a professional and supportive environment
  • Create short-form videos, posts, and simple graphics
  • Write captions adapted to each platform
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule
  • Repurpose content into different formats
  • Monitor which content performs best
  • Suggest new ideas and formats
  • Support follower and community growth
  • Help maintain an active brand presence
  • Maintain a content calendar
  • Track engagement and growth metrics
  • Share simple weekly performance updates
  • Coordinate priorities with leadership

Requirements:

  • 2+ years managing social media, communities, or content accounts
  • Strong written English communication
  • Comfortable creating or appearing in video content
  • Organized and consistent with posting schedules
  • Understanding of engagement metrics (comments, saves, reach)
  • Comfortable working with a remote team
  • Reliable and proactive
  • Nice to Have
  • Experience with recruiting or professional communities
  • Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
  • LinkedIn or TikTok content experience
  • Experience growing an account or community
  • Experience creating or managing content inside Skool communities
