Job Description

Marketing & Social Media Content Specialist developing dynamic content strategies for a leading payments company. Leveraging AI tools for productivity and scaling content across social media and digital channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality, engaging content for various digital platforms, including social media, blogs, ads, and campaigns
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, etc.) to enhance content creation, improve productivity, and scale output
  • Optimize content for engagement, performance, and brand consistency across platforms
  • Work closely with marketing and design teams to execute campaigns and initiatives
  • Manage and maintain content calendars and publishing schedules
  • Track content performance and suggest improvements based on insights and data
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging AI tools, and best practices in digital marketing
  • Explore and experiment with new AI tools and workflows to continuously improve content efficiency and output

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in content creation (social media, blogs, or digital content)
  • A strong content portfolio is required. Please include 2–3 relevant work samples (links only) with your application.
  • Experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with AI tools is a strong plus
  • Willingness to learn and experiment with AI-driven workflows
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and content strategy
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative and detail-oriented mindset
  • Bonus Points: Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, etc.) to support content creation and workflows.
  • Understanding of SEO and content optimization
  • Experience with HubSpot or revenue operations (RevOps)
  • Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns
  • Experience in a startup or fast-growing environment
  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, or startup environments is a plus.
