Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the central point of contact between internal departments and clients
  • Build trusted client relationships and maintain them through active relationship management
  • Analyze the individual needs of clients and their employees
  • Develop tailored solutions and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Guide new and existing clients through all stages of the order process
  • Ensure high standards of quality and service
  • Proactively inform clients about new benefits and further developments
  • Actively help shape the benefits portfolio, including innovative bonus models
  • Provide strategic advice to clients and develop customized benefits programs
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in existing systems

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification
  • Several years of professional experience, ideally in key account management, project management, or customer success management
  • Sound knowledge of HR and tax-related matters
  • Experience in compensation & benefits is an advantage
  • Strong customer orientation, empathy, communication skills, and assertiveness
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Confident handling of commercial and business-related matters
  • Fluent German and English, with strong negotiation skills
  • Solid project management skills
  • Affinity for technical topics
