Job Description
Conga CLM Technical Engineer managing the Conga Contract Lifecycle Management platform. Administering daily operations and supporting integrations while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical owner of the Conga Contract Lifecycle Management platform
- Administer and maintain Conga CLM, including user access, profiles, roles, permission sets, and licensing
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot CLM issues, and manage platform configuration
- Maintain and prioritize enhancements with business stakeholders
- Coordinate regression testing and deployment validation for releases
- Oversee all CLM integrations, maintaining documentation and alignment with internal IT teams
- Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements and support change management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience
- 3–5+ years of Conga CLM and Salesforce administration experience
- Strong Salesforce platform knowledge (security model, custom objects, APIs, workflows)
- Hands-on experience with integrations (APIs, ETL tools, webhooks)
- Familiarity with Legal operations or contract lifecycle processes
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across multi-system environments
