Job Description

Consumer Consultant driving business strategies through analytics and insights for a leading financial services company. Collaborating with leadership and managing large-scale initiatives to ensure execution aligns with business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverages client analytics and insights to formulate hypotheses that inform recommended business strategies
  • Presents hypotheses and recommended business opportunities and solutions to senior and executive leadership
  • Develops and drives an operational plan based on client insights
  • Executes on strategic plans and is accountable for the pertinent aspects of assigned initiatives
  • Recommends opportunities for revenue growth and ensures alignment with all client segments
  • Manages the tracking and communication of the progress against business goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field and/or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in financial services
  • Demonstrated multiple project management leadership skills; experience in organizing, planning and executing large-scale, multi-functional projects from vision through implementation
  • Demonstrated analytical, process management and conceptual skills
  • Demonstrated ability to express complex concepts in terms that are understandable to the business partners, senior leaders, and the sales force
  • Superior knowledgeable of financial products, e.g. deposit & credit products, investments, etc.
