Job Description
Sales Manager für TutorSpace, Deutschlands digitale Bildungsplattform für Online-Nachhilfe. Beratung von Eltern und Vermittlung passender Tutoren mit anschließender Paketberatung.
Responsibilities:
- Advise parents by phone about tutoring and support them through to the first lesson
- Understand the needs of parents and children and connect them with the right tutor
- Convince parents to purchase tutoring packages after the first trial lesson
- Provide systematic advice on tutoring products
- Communicate via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email, in that order
Requirements:
- Reliability and accountability
- Highly motivated to go the extra mile for customers
- Native-level or accent-free German language skills
- Exceptional ability to learn new topics and conversation techniques quickly
- Understanding of people's behavior and needs
- Completed bachelor's degree
- Experience in tutoring, sales, customer service, or similar roles is an advantage
- Master's or MBA degree is an advantage
- Additional languages are a plus
