Job Description

Psychology internship creating research-based psychoeducation content and digital marketing campaigns. Supporting Psytastic’s mission to help relatives of people with mental illness.

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with the founders and take responsibility for delivering visible results
  • Choose between Content & Psychoeducation, Marketing, or an even combination of both areas of focus
  • Research current scientific findings, studies, guidelines, and models
  • Write well-founded, accessible, and practical blog articles
  • Develop Instagram captions, carousel posts, and Story and Reel ideas
  • Design and pedagogically prepare content for prevention courses
  • Prepare for ZPP certification and review content for scientific currency
  • Support the public relations and marketing of the ZPP course from ideation through evaluation
  • Analyze market positioning from the perspectives of communications, consumer, and advertising psychology
  • Plan campaigns, manage social media channels, and engage with the community
  • Optimize website copy, research keywords, and improve landing pages
  • Analyze and address the needs, barriers, and motivations of relatives of people with mental illness
  • Test messaging, formats, and landing page copy, and evaluate the results
  • Optional: Manage an online course, conduct market research, build partnerships and networks, write newsletters, analyze data, or implement your own mission-related project

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology—nearing completion of a bachelor’s degree or preferably enrolled in a master’s program
  • At least 300 total internship hours
  • Highly independent and structured working style
  • Interest in resilience and supporting relatives of people with mental illness
  • Excellent research skills and a passion for writing
  • Initial proficiency in Google Workspace, Canva, and social media, especially Instagram
  • Commitment, creativity, empathy, and team spirit
  • Initial experience or a strong interest in content creation, campaigns, or market research
