Job Description

Content Marketing Associate executing high-quality written content for Pearl's marketing channels. Support sales, demand generation, and product marketing efforts in the dental industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, design and schedule organic and paid social posts for campaigns, partnerships, product updates, and events.
  • Support the creation and ongoing updates of marketing collateral, including emails, sales decks, product one-pagers, and internal training documents.
  • Assist with media relations and PR, including drafting press releases and product announcements in collaboration with marketing leadership.
  • Assist in creating scripts, outlines, or rough edits for training and demo videos
  • Help manage the content calendar and keep internal asset libraries organized and up to date
  • Maintain templates and templatized content, while adding the detail and polish that high-visibility content demands
  • Write and maintain copy for: Landing pages, Paid ads, Email campaigns, Webinar descriptions and follow-up communications, Social media posts and captions, Blogs and short-form articles, Guides and downloadable content
  • Repurpose and curate existing content across channels
  • Support pre- and post-event marketing execution
  • Collaborate with design and marketing leads to align copy with visuals and goals
  • Review, edit, and format content to ensure clarity, consistency, and brand alignment across assets

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in a marketing, content, or communications role
  • Strong writing and editing fundamentals, including ability to write concise, conversion-oriented copy and comfort writing for multiple formats and audiences
  • A creative mind who is excited to tell Pearl’s story consistently through top-notch content
  • A willingness to learn and take initiative in a collaborative, high-output environment
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with social platforms and digital marketing fundamentals
  • Ability to create and edit content in Figma, Google Slides, Docs, with a good eye for structure and presentation.
  • Basic understanding of marketing funnels and audience intent.
