Job Description
Content Marketing Specialist creating high-quality content and managing client communication for innovative AI-powered PR tools startup. Collaborating closely with the founder in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality content that supports SEO, brand visibility, and client goals (70% of the role).
- Manage client communication, provide updates, gather requirements, and ensure satisfaction (20%).
- Support operational tasks such as project tracking, reporting, and coordination (10%).
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to speed up content production and automate repetitive tasks.
- Collaborate closely with the founder and team through Slack and Asana.
- Maintain a high level of consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail in all deliverables.
- Contribute to improving processes, tools, and workflows as the company grows.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in content marketing, SEO, PR, and/or brand visibility.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with clients.
- Strong experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to enhance content output.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment where tasks and priorities can shift.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver consistently reliable work day to day.
- Growth mindset—open to learning new tools, improving skills, and taking on new challenges.
- Strong organizational skills and familiarity with project management tools, especially Asana.
- Background working in an SEO agency is preferred, but not required.
