Job Description

Content Marketing Specialist creating high-quality content and managing client communication for innovative AI-powered PR tools startup. Collaborating closely with the founder in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality content that supports SEO, brand visibility, and client goals (70% of the role).
  • Manage client communication, provide updates, gather requirements, and ensure satisfaction (20%).
  • Support operational tasks such as project tracking, reporting, and coordination (10%).
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to speed up content production and automate repetitive tasks.
  • Collaborate closely with the founder and team through Slack and Asana.
  • Maintain a high level of consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail in all deliverables.
  • Contribute to improving processes, tools, and workflows as the company grows.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in content marketing, SEO, PR, and/or brand visibility.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with clients.
  • Strong experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to enhance content output.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment where tasks and priorities can shift.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver consistently reliable work day to day.
  • Growth mindset—open to learning new tools, improving skills, and taking on new challenges.
  • Strong organizational skills and familiarity with project management tools, especially Asana.
  • Background working in an SEO agency is preferred, but not required.
