Job Description

Content Moderator ensuring safe online experiences for social media users. Reviewing various digital content and participating in wellness programs and training.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high quality and safe experiences for users across social media apps
  • Apply content policy to digital content
  • Handle and escalate content-related issues
  • Review content including videos, news stories, and social media profiles
  • Score content on various appropriateness levels
  • Participate in wellness activities and training

Requirements:

  • At least one year prior operations experience in shared services or customer experience environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • High affinity and cultural awareness of political and social situations regarding the relevant market and region supported
