Job Description
Content Moderator ensuring safe online experiences for social media users. Reviewing various digital content and participating in wellness programs and training.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure high quality and safe experiences for users across social media apps
- Apply content policy to digital content
- Handle and escalate content-related issues
- Review content including videos, news stories, and social media profiles
- Score content on various appropriateness levels
- Participate in wellness activities and training
Requirements:
- At least one year prior operations experience in shared services or customer experience environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- High affinity and cultural awareness of political and social situations regarding the relevant market and region supported
