Job Description

Contract Recruitment Sourcer at Pave America supporting high-volume hiring for hourly positions. Sourcing candidates and managing applicant flow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and identify qualified candidates for high-volume, non-exempt/hourly positions across multiple locations or departments
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods including job boards, ATS, social media, referrals, and local/community outreach
  • Conduct initial resume reviews and candidate screenings to assess basic qualifications and interest
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, priorities, and timelines
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Manage high candidate flow while ensuring a positive and responsive candidate experience
  • Track sourcing metrics and provide regular updates on pipeline activity and progress
  • Support hiring events, job fairs, and other volume-recruiting initiatives as needed

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience, with a strong emphasis on high-volume or hourly/non-exempt roles
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and high applicant volume simultaneously
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and common sourcing tools/job boards
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet aggressive hiring deadlines.
