Job Description
Senior Recruiter managing global hiring for software engineering roles in a proactive AI company. Partnering with leadership teams to attract high-caliber talent.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end hiring for applications engineering roles globally
- Source and engage high-quality software engineering talent across multiple markets
- Partner closely with hiring managers and founders on hiring strategy and talent calibration
- Assess candidate quality through career progression, technical depth, and execution signals
- Drive interview coordination, candidate management, and closing processes
- Improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and hiring quality
- Build strong pipelines for backend, mobile, desktop, and product engineering talent
Requirements:
- Proven experience recruiting software engineering talent in technology companies
- Strong sourcing and talent mapping capability across global markets
- Good understanding of engineering roles, technical stacks, and organizational structures
- Ability to identify high-quality talent beyond pedigree and company brands
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement ability
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving and ambiguous environments
- High ownership and strong execution ability
