Job Description
Freelance Recruiter recommending qualified candidates for German companies. Utilizing existing networks and recruitment channels for candidate sourcing and assessment.
Responsibilities:
- Recommend suitable candidates for current vacancies from our clients
- Use your network, recruiting channels, or existing candidate contacts
- Conduct an initial assessment of candidates' qualifications, experience, language skills, and availability
- Submit suitable candidates via Uvvo
- Coordinate with Uvvo on matching job openings and candidate profiles
- Uvvo handles collaboration with the companies. You focus on identifying and recommending suitable candidates.
Requirements:
- Experience in recruiting, active sourcing, HR, or personnel placement is advantageous
- Access to qualified candidates in Germany
- Understanding of professional qualifications, CVs, and application documents
- Careful and professional handling of candidate data
- Good German language skills; English skills are a plus
- Independent, reliable, and results-oriented work style
- Especially relevant are candidates who are already in Germany or have a valid work permit.
