Job Description
Recruiter managing full life-cycle talent acquisition for Devoted Health to scale operations. Engaging with candidates across diverse roles and contributing to a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for a diverse mix of roles — from first outreach to signed offer.
- Channel your inner detective. You’ll go beyond the obvious to creatively engage talent and find the right person for every role.
- Be Devoted’s voice in the market. You’ll tell our story with conviction, attracting candidates who connect with our mission and culture.
- Partner closely with hiring leaders as a trusted advisor — from crafting compelling job descriptions to nailing interview design and assessment strategy.
- You get results. You know how to bring top talent across the finish line.
- Leverage our current tech stack and LLM/AI tools to streamline recruiting workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and continuously find smarter ways to get great work done faster.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience (agency or corporate )
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Proven ability to perform in high-growth, fast-paced environments
- Track record of success in high-volume, high-pressure hiring
- Sharp judgment and the ability to juggle competing priorities without dropping the ball
- Comfortable adopting new technologies quickly and approaches recruiting with an AI-forward mindset
- Corporate recruiting background
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or clinical recruiting
- Actively using LLMs and AI tools in your day-to-day workflow (this one matters to us!)
