Job Description
Operations-Management-Honorartrainer:in für WBS TRAININGs digitale Weiterbildung. Coaching, Projektbewertung und praxisnaher Einsatz von Daten- und KI-Tools im Homeoffice.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for participants’ learning success and motivation
- Supporting and guiding learners as a coach in the flipped classroom model
- Encouraging active engagement with learning content and its practical application
- Facilitating knowledge-sharing through innovative formats
- Creating a positive learning and working environment
- Supervising the individual completion of assignments as part of project work
- Assessing project work
- Supporting the development and further development of the product
- Teaching from a home office
Requirements:
- At least two years of professional experience in Operations Management
- Excellent German language skills (C2), the language of instruction
- Extensive practical experience in Operations Management, operational management, and data-driven analysis and optimization of business processes
- Degree or vocational training in business, business administration, or Operations Management, or a comparable qualification
- Proficiency in Jira, Microsoft Office—particularly Excel and PowerPoint—Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics, and/or Gamma
- Extensive experience in day-to-day operational management
- Ability to prioritize based on available data and make decisions under time pressure
- Professional handling of incomplete data and escalation situations
- Practical use of generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or comparable applications
- Knowledge of the opportunities and limitations of using AI in operational contexts, as well as fundamental legal and ethical considerations
- As part of the application, an overview of projects in which AI tools have been used in Operations Management
- Experience analyzing and optimizing operational processes and performance using KPI systems, root cause analysis, and systems thinking
- Practical experience leading and developing teams in data-driven environments
- Experience with KPI-based performance management as well as feedback and development discussions
- Professional approach to managing conflict and resistance
- Experience in resource management and ensuring operational stability, particularly in forecasting, scenario planning, data-driven capacity planning, and risk management
- Ability to evaluate available courses of action and make well-founded make-or-automate decisions
- Several years of professional experience as an online trainer in adult education (preferred)
- Broad range of methodological and didactic tools (preferred)
- Experience applying innovative methods to engage learners (preferred)
- New Work mindset and enthusiasm for exploring new learning technologies (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working as part of a team (preferred)
