Job Description

Responsible for negotiating supplier contracts and managing relationships at a leading travel tech company. Achieving sales targets, delivering marketing contributions, and driving innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning, contracting, and managing supplier relationships
  • Achieve sales targets and operating margins
  • Deliver override and marketing contribution targets
  • Negotiate best rates with all suppliers
  • Meet contracting targets as defined by the Area Contracting Manager
  • Communicate regularly with global sales teams on product updates
  • Drive innovation to differentiate from competitors

Requirements:

  • Strong negotiation and contracting experience in the travel industry
  • Commercial acumen with a proven track record of achieving targets
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of market trends and destination-specific dynamics
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
