Job Description
Responsible for negotiating supplier contracts and managing relationships at a leading travel tech company. Achieving sales targets, delivering marketing contributions, and driving innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, contracting, and managing supplier relationships
- Achieve sales targets and operating margins
- Deliver override and marketing contribution targets
- Negotiate best rates with all suppliers
- Meet contracting targets as defined by the Area Contracting Manager
- Communicate regularly with global sales teams on product updates
- Drive innovation to differentiate from competitors
Requirements:
- Strong negotiation and contracting experience in the travel industry
- Commercial acumen with a proven track record of achieving targets
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of market trends and destination-specific dynamics
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
