Job Description
Coordinating Producer producing video and print marketing stories for Operation Blessing, a humanitarian relief organization. Leading post-production and international media workflows across Europe and Eurasia.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, oversee, and produce video and print marketing stories across Europe and Eurasia
- Create compelling multimedia content from initial concept through final delivery
- Develop polished post-production video content with producers and the IM Global Video team
- Shape key deliverables and support daily media activities
- Maintain efficient and persuasive storytelling workflows throughout the region
- Facilitate ministry activities and contribute to Operation Blessing's mission of meeting physical and spiritual needs
Requirements:
- Strong experience in all aspects of video production, script-writing, interviewing, videography, lighting, audio techniques, and editing
- Working knowledge of production in remote locations or austere environments
- Professional-level still photography skills, including composition, lighting, and editing of large raw photo images
- Management skills to lead, train, and motivate international video production teams
- Excellent computer skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, video conversions, and video streaming
- Working knowledge of current image-capture platforms, lenses, and technical trends, including Sony, Canon, and Nikon
- Comprehensive knowledge of post-production workflow and best practices
- Strong storytelling skills translating into compelling scripts and visual images
- Working knowledge of fundraising and marketing concepts
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate as part of a creative, integrated media team
- Strong interpersonal skills in a cross-cultural work environment
- Self-motivated; able to work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, extended hours, and last-minute demands
- Ability to stand for extended periods and bend and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record required
- Ability to travel internationally, potentially on short notice and under adverse conditions
- Bilingual preferred
- Demonstrated application of Biblical principles aligned with Operation Blessing's Christian mission
