Job Description

Creative Strategist managing creative strategies and processes for top German B2C brands like AG1 and AirUp. Collaborating closely with founders and optimizing brand assets.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the creative process for top brands in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
  • Create scripts for organic content, advertisements, and campaigns
  • Work closely with the founders
  • Analyze KPIs and continuously optimize creative assets

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in creative strategy — ideally in an agency or brand environment
  • Strong sense for social media trends and top-performing content
  • Excellent communication skills and a genuine understanding of people
  • Full-time availability and a willingness to go the extra mile
