Job Description
Creative Strategist managing creative strategies and processes for top German B2C brands like AG1 and AirUp. Collaborating closely with founders and optimizing brand assets.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the creative process for top brands in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
- Create scripts for organic content, advertisements, and campaigns
- Work closely with the founders
- Analyze KPIs and continuously optimize creative assets
Requirements:
- Proven experience in creative strategy — ideally in an agency or brand environment
- Strong sense for social media trends and top-performing content
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine understanding of people
- Full-time availability and a willingness to go the extra mile
