Job Description
Gerente de Relacionamento de Correspondentes promovendo o desenvolvimento comercial e relacionamento. Atuando na gestão de Correspondentes Multimarcas e atingimento de metas com foco em ações personalizadas.
Responsibilities:
- Act strategically in managing multi-brand correspondent partners, driving commercial development, relationship management, dissemination of best practices, and achievement of targets through the design of tailored initiatives and performance analysis.
- Availability to travel required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Experience as a Relationship Manager for banking correspondents.
- Knowledge and experience in the payroll-deductible loans (consigned loan) market.
- Experience in managing partner networks.
- Ability to propose strategic plans aligned with the company's business strategy, focused on the growth and development of the partner network.
- Experience in client portfolio management and business development.
- Knowledge of financial products.
- Skills in sales management, strategic planning, and a strong performance orientation.
- Analytical capability to make data- and KPI-driven decisions.
- Ability to interpret financial and market reports to identify improvement opportunities.
- Business-oriented strategic vision with a focus on growth and innovation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
