Job Description

Creative Producer leading performance-marketing creatives for a SaaS company focused on online IQ tests and brain-training tools. Developing, producing, testing, and scaling high-performing creatives across digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative strategy for performance marketing across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google UAC, and other paid acquisition channels.
  • Generate strong ad concepts, hooks, angles, and hypotheses aimed at improving CTR, CVR, CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Own the full creative production process — from idea generation and scripting to briefing, production, testing, and iteration.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, motion designers, video editors, media buyers, product, and analytics teams.
  • Build and manage a structured creative testing system to identify winning concepts and scale top-performing creatives.
  • Analyze creative performance data and translate insights into clear next steps for production.
  • Monitor competitor activity, creative trends, TikTok culture, UGC formats, and emerging performance-marketing patterns.
  • Work with external agencies, creators, and production partners when needed.
  • Define and maintain creative quality standards, design systems, and brand consistency across campaigns.
  • Mentor and guide creative team members while setting a high bar for execution and performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Creative Producer in a B2C digital product, SaaS, subscription, mobile app, or performance-marketing environment.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, including ROAS, CAC, LTV, CTR, and CVR.
  • Hands-on experience creating and scaling ad creatives across video, static banners, UGC, short-form content, and social-first formats.
  • Ability to move quickly from idea to testable creative while maintaining high quality.
  • Strong creative judgment combined with a business-driven, data-informed mindset.
  • Experience managing creative teams, freelancers, agencies, or production studios.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and use insights to improve future creatives.
  • Strong understanding of visual consistency, brand systems, and design standards.
  • Leadership skills to mentor designers and production specialists.
  • Professional English proficiency, written and spoken, at B2 level or higher.
