Job Description
CRO & Funnel Marketing Manager analyzing E-Commerce shops and landing pages. Developing data-driven positioning and conversion concepts that increase customer revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for project management
- Close collaboration with UX designers and copywriting experts
- Independently guiding clients through the optimization process
- Analyzing online shops and landing pages in terms of UX, structure, content, and market environment
- Developing and prioritizing optimization hypotheses
- Identifying weaknesses in the customer journey
- Developing unique positioning strategies for clients and high-converting shops
- Creating structured, conversion-focused shop and landing page concepts, including checklists and guidelines
- Increasing the conversion rate and profitability of shops and funnels
Requirements:
- Ideally, a basic understanding of e-commerce, UX, positioning, A/B testing, and conversion optimization
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive and prioritize actionable measures
- Creative conceptual thinking combined with a structured approach
- Ability to communicate complex relationships clearly and understandably
- Independent, self-organized working style and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in parallel
- Proactive approach to challenges and willingness to take ownership
- Ability to provide clear recommendations
- Precise communication skills and the ability to create clear, easy-to-understand briefs
- Organizing tasks to meet deadlines
- Ideally, basic knowledge of GA4, Shopify, Figma, Hotjar/Clarity, and Google Workspace
- German language skills at least at a basic level will be assessed in the application form
