Job Description
Custom Recruitment Specialist responsible for recruitment strategies in M3 Global Research. Engaging in projects across LATAM and enhancing expert network and consultations.
Responsibilities:
- Creating and executing a Custom Recruitment plan
- Managing expert and respondent facing recruitment tasks
- Collaborating with teams and divisions for project success
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
- Fluency in English and Portuguese OR Spanish
- Minimum 2 years’ expert network, market research or recruiting experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel)
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
