Job Description

Customer Service Agent providing advice and support to customers in Swiss German. Work remotely from anywhere in Bosnia and Herzegovina and secure a welcome bonus.

Responsibilities:

  • Advise and support our customers via phone, email and chat

Requirements:

  • Swiss German skills at least C1 level and English at B1 level
  • Teamwork
  • Communication skills, reliability and commitment
  • Willingness to learn
  • Computer skills
  • Good internet connection for working from home - Download 10 Mbps; Upload 5 Mbps (antenna routers and 5G routers are prohibited)
