Job Description
Customer Service Agent providing advice and support to customers in Swiss German. Work remotely from anywhere in Bosnia and Herzegovina and secure a welcome bonus.
Responsibilities:
- Advise and support our customers via phone, email and chat
Requirements:
- Swiss German skills at least C1 level and English at B1 level
- Teamwork
- Communication skills, reliability and commitment
- Willingness to learn
- Computer skills
- Good internet connection for working from home - Download 10 Mbps; Upload 5 Mbps (antenna routers and 5G routers are prohibited)
